Referring to my previous review.
The team got back to me and said that since its 20 ml in 30 ml bottle it seems like half empty but its not! Hope that clarifies!
I placed an order for this combo and just received it! I was sceptical after reading the below review but went ahead anyways because it was such a nice deal!
But THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED:
My Vit C Serum too is half emptyy whereas the Niacinamide Serum is proper quantity.
Im so disappointed that they still are doing this! Being a reputed Indian Skincare Brand they should take accountability and make sure to not let it happen!
Despite a terrible experience the last time I ordered the Power Emulsion that arrived half full, I still decided to give Dr. Sheth's another chance by placing a new order for this product, amongst others. My hope was that the issue last time was a one off and I may have got a bad customer care executive. Last time I was repeatedly given the ridiculous reason that all their bottles naturally come half full (right!)
With this new order I realise that Dr. Sheth’s is doing this systematically - duping customers by sending them half full bottles of very expensive things. I have now sent the customer service team several emails over several weeks attaching a comparison between the two products - the Vitamin C serum is literally half empty, while the Niacimide is at the level I would expect new products to be at. Despite this absolutely unacceptable situation and providing them photographic proof, the organisation has not even felt the need to respond to my emails. Disgusting attitude and horrible, nonexistent customer service.
Their new clever packaging doesn’t allow for a photograph to be taken to prove just how empty some of their other bottles are e.g. the Power Emulsion.
I normally use established global brands, so I have zero issues paying whatever Dr. Sheth's charges for their products but you can’t run sales/ discount and send customers half the product. That is unethical. Instead, don’t go on sale and deliver proper products at full price. Please do not treat your customers like uninitiated fools.
I am beyond dismayed and disappointed by this situation and have lost all respect for this brand and will not hesitate to discourage everyone I know from purchasing your products. What a shame that a good Indian brand is destroying value by this cavalier and disrespectful attitude towards customers.
