What do I do If I have received a defective/damaged product?
At Dr. Sheth's, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we will exchange the product. All you need to do email us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged/defective product. Can I exchange or change a product once I have placed an order?
Once an order is placed, we try and ship it to you as soon as possibles. In case you need to make any changes or cancel your order, we can do so only if the package has not been shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order, we request you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us on our Whatsapp number at the earliest so we can help you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order we request you to email us at email@example.com. Any applicable refund requests will be reviewed by our team and the refund process will be completed within 4-6 weeks.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Dr.Sheth's. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered. Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 4 -6 weeks.
What is the process to get a refund?
All products once purchased are non-refundable.In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions: 1. Sold in a physically damaged condition. 2. Has missing parts or accessories 3. Product packaging not opened, product not used.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
As a brand we believe in respecting the environment we live in. All our products are Vegan and Cruelty-free. None of our ingredients or formulations are derived from or tested on animals.
Are all your products Jain?
Yes, all our products formulations are Jain-friendly.
What products are safe for pregnant/nursing women?
All our products with the exception of those with retinoids/vitamin A are suitable for pregnant women. Currently, the only products that we have which contain retinoids are the Ultimate Brightening Youth Enhancer and Vitamin Glotion.
What the shelf life of the products?
All our products have a 24-month shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and sun exposure.
International exports have become harder in recent times. In order to ensure the best service, you may find that our international prices are slightly higher than our local prices. As the situation around the world resolves and global trade normalises we hope to bring parity one day. We thank you for your understanding.

What are the shipping charges?
For Shipping within India: 1. Orders above INR 1000, ship for free. 2. For orders below INR 1000, a flat fee of INR 100 will be charged. For International shipping: Shipping charges vary by region. The exact amount will be mentioned at the time of checkout depending on the shipping address of your order.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and delivery will be done within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
I placed an order but did not get a shipping confirmation. What do I do?
A Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive the same please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I receive a damaged package?
Dr. Sheth's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
