At Dr Sheth's, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
- Dr Sheth's is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered.
- In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we will send replacement for the product. All you need to do email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us firstname.lastname@example.org; we will be happy to assist you. Replacements are subject to following terms:
- Checking and vetting by Dr. Sheth’s
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy
- Once your replacement request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-14 business days
- Exchange of products will not be accepted once an order is placed
For Refunds please note the following –
- If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days
- For Cash On Delivery orders, Dr Sheth's will ask for customer bank details and the amount will be directly funded to their account
- For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions, your refund will in the form of online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on drsheths.com
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold
- All products once purchased are non-refundable
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is dispatched for delivery
- Order cancellation request must be made within 6-8 hours of placing the order. We will processes your cancellation request, if the order has not been dispatched
